Deputy Chief Minister Diya released TAD's Amrit Kalash Yojana poster and educational almanac | News India

Udaipur, September 6 (HS). Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari released the Amrit Kalash Yojana poster and 'AdiTRI' educational calendar operated under the aegis of the Tribal Area Development Department during a meeting held at the Divisional Commissioner's Office during her Udaipur visit on Friday and congratulated for the successful implementation of this scheme. During this, State Tribal Area Development Minister Babulal Kharari and State Heritage Promotion Authority Chairman Omkar Singh Lakhawat were present.

In the beginning, Divisional Commissioner and TAD Commissioner Pragya Kevalramani said that under the Amrit Kalash Yojana, various institutions, establishments or individuals etc. will be provided an opportunity to play their part in strengthening the departmental institutions and tribal regional development schemes under voluntary self-motivation and CSR. The main components of the scheme include Project Kayakalp, Project Phulwari, Project Vidya, Project Udaan, Project Dharohar, Project Chitwan, Project Sambal, Project Uphaar.

Similarly, the department's educational almanac 'AdiTRI' has been published recently to provide information about the holidays and festivals to be celebrated in the academic year 2024-25 in the ashram hostels, residential schools of the Tribal Area Development Department. 'AdiTRI' (Aditri) is a word pair of ancient (Adi) and Janjati (TRI). Its meaning in Sanskrit is Goddess Lakshmi, highest honor or invincible. Departmental schemes are also displayed in this almanac, which will also help in their promotion. He informed that every year AdiTRI will be published by the Tribal Area Development Department on different themes. This year a almanac based on tribal Mandana art and wall painting has been published, in which the works made by various tribes of the state in the house or courtyard have been made on canvas by tribal artists and the selected paintings have been given a place in AdiTRI.
