Ranchi, March 05 (Hindus). The state government has transferred two IAS officers. In this regard, the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language has issued a notification on Tuesday.
According to the notification issued, Additional Chief Secretary of Energy Department, CMD Energy Development Corporation, MD JBVNL Avinash Kumar has been made Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister. Kumar has been given this additional charge, while Secretary to the Chief Minister, Arva Rajkamal has been made the Secretary of Excise and Prohibition Department, Managing Director of JUDCO and JRDA. Apart from this, Arwa Rajkamal has been made the Secretary of the Home Department in addition to his duties.
