At the same time, 'Chandu Champion' also got a good response. Now some news is coming that Dharma Production's 'The Untold Story of C. Shankaran Nair' is coming up with a biopic, which will be directed by Karan Singh Tyagi. Akshay Kumar and Ananya Pandey will be seen in the lead roles in this film. Also, this film will be released next year. C. Shankaran was the person who filed a case against the British government regarding the Jallianwala Bagh massacre incident. Akshay Kumar and Ananya Pandey will be seen playing the role of lawyers in this film. Akshay plays the role of a senior and respected lawyer, while Ananya is still in the early stages of her career and wants Akshay's guidance. There will be no romance angle between them.
This film will probably be released next year. Karan Johar and Dharma Productions are currently busy with the release of 'Jigra'. In which Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina will be seen in the lead roles.
