Bhopal, September 5 (HS). Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is running at full speed on the highway of economic progress. Infrastructure work is like the backbone, on which the policies of economic and inclusive development take shape. Recognize the power of technology and make good use of it to advance the resolution of social welfare, so that the coming generation can also benefit along with this generation.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was virtually addressing the conference organized by the Construction Industry Development Council at Empri, Bhopal from Ujjain on Thursday. He virtually inaugurated this conference organized on the topic “Inclusion of innovations in infrastructure construction” from Ujjain. On this occasion, Empri Director Dr. Avnish Srivastava, Director General of Construction Industry Development Council Dr. PR Swaroop, former DGP and Chairman ICC Chapter Swaraj Puri, Chief Scientist Dr. P. Ashokan and Dr. Manish Modgil were specially present.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that I feel proud to be a part of the conference organized on the scope of inclusive development in the field of infrastructure. In the conference, the possibilities of infrastructure, environment, health, innovations etc. should be considered holistically. In the era of new technology, new paths of inclusive development will be found only by continuous discussions on a platform. Every possibility should be explored for the betterment of the state and construction.
He said that we have to focus on building effective and flexible infrastructure to protect ourselves from natural disasters and the crisis of climate change. The speed of construction will also have to be increased by adopting new methods. There are immense possibilities of innovation in the field of construction. There is also scope for improvement in reducing construction cost and resources. Today there is a need to adopt environment friendly construction material and construction process. There is also a need to consider weather based construction in a holistic manner.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav greeted and congratulated everyone for this important event on the occasion of Teachers' Day. He said that today we will get new inspiration on Teachers' Day dedicated to Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. As you all know, the Guru-Shishya tradition has special importance in Indian culture. In view of this, the Madhya Pradesh government has decided to celebrate Guru Purnima at the government level. It is also a matter of happiness that the name of Vice Chancellors has been changed to Kulguru.
He said that researcher scientists are like Gurus. The resolve to serve the public interest in the field of research and investigation has been in our tradition since ancient times. On this occasion, MLA Satish Malviya, Ujjain Divisional Commissioner Sanjay Gupta, Inspector General of Police Santosh Kumar Singh and other officials were present in the NIC room of the Chief Minister's residence Ujjain.
