Jammu, March 5 (HS). Condemning the comments of a political party leader, J&K BJP general secretary and former MLC Vibodh Gupta said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not limited to one family. The entire country is his family and targeting him in the name of family is not a sign of healthy politics and morality. Vibodh Gupta said this on Tuesday while displaying placards reading “I am Modi's family” along with BJP NEM and former minister Priya Sethi and other leaders.
Gupta said Prime Minister Modi has repeatedly said that the entire country is his family, which is indeed a matter of pride for every Indian to feel a sense of unity, but some leaders are creating nuisance with their unhealthy statements and anti-social behaviour. We do. He said that when Modi has 140 crore Indian families, then raising any question in the name of the family is an insult to these 140 crore sons and daughters of our motherland, Mother India.
Speaking on the issue, Priya Sethi said that targeting the PM just for political survival and cheap publicity has become a regular practice among leaders of opposition parties. He said that as Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has led the country on the path of real development, peace, progress and prosperity during the last almost ten years and this has troubled other parties.
