Border tourism is being promoted
The central government is constantly promoting cross-border tourism. Under this, in the year 2021, preparations were made for the Retreat Ceremony at the Babylon Post on the India-Pakistan border, 20 km ahead of Tanot. Facilities like towers, selfie points were later gradually developed here. A large number of tourists come to see this border post. Along with this, the Longewala War Memorial has been constructed a few kilometers before the Tanot Mata temple. Where the entire war has been depicted in commemoration of the 1971 war. Along with this, Indian and Pakistani tankers have also been displayed from where the war took place. Now the number of tourists is likely to increase due to the Retreat Ceremony being organized at the Tanot Mata temple.
