945 including 4 gold medalists got degrees

Jaipur, July 7 (HS). A grand degree distribution ceremony of 945 students of BTech, MTech and MBA of batch 2022 and 2023 of Swami Keshavanand Institute of Technology (SKIT) was organized in the college campus on Sunday.

On this occasion, Vinay Vyas, Rashi Kinra, Avedesh Cheshta and Harshita Sharma, gold medalist college students who stood first in the state in their engineering branch in this batch, received their degrees. Earlier, the program started with Saraswati Vandana. College Chief Patron Rajaram Meel, Chairman Surjaram Meel, Director Jaipal Meel, Principal Prof. Ramesh Kumar Pachar, Dean Dr. RK Jain, Faculty Affairs Head Mukesh Arora, Program Coordinator Naval Kishore Jangid and other dignitaries were present and encouraged the students. In the program, College Director Jaipal Meel wished the students for their bright future. He told that now the college has become autonomous and in the coming time, the talents coming out of the college will leave their mark in the whole world. He said that SKIT students have waved the flag in all the major branches in the state, which proves the excellence of the college. The program was conducted by Dr. Rishi Vyas along with Dr. Neha Purohit.

The college environment was described as the best

In the ceremony, along with the gold medalists, other students like Neha Kumawat, Kirti Kothari and Kavya Kulshreshtha, who were second toppers in the state in this batch, received their degrees. All the students attributed their success to the contribution of the college and the dedication of the faculty. All of them unanimously said that the atmosphere of the college is the best not only in the state but in the entire country.

Among the students who received degrees, Vinay Vyas, IT branch topper of 2022 batch, Neha Kumawat from Civil Branch who stood second, Kirti Kothari from CS Branch received degrees. At the same time, gold medalists of 2023 batch, Rashi Kinra of EC branch, Avedesh Chetna and Harshita Sharma of Electronics branch received degrees. Along with them, Kavya Kulshreshtha, who stood second from Civil Branch in 23 batch, also received degrees. On this occasion, Tapesh Kumar and Noorjabeen, who were gold medalists in CS and EC branches among MTech students of 22 batch, along with Anjali Singh of CS branch who stood second and Divya Bhardwaj of EC branch, along with other students received degrees. At the same time, Kishan Kumar, who was gold medalist in MTech VLSI Design in 23 batch, received the degree.

Hundreds of students from across the state had started gathering in the early morning for the ceremony. Before the event, students were seen reliving their old memories in the college campus and meeting their old friends warmly. They also refreshed their old bitter-sweet memories spent in the campus and were also seen meeting the faculty members with enthusiasm. During this time, students also appeared very happy about their placements.

Sharing experiences with students

After receiving the degree, the students also shared their experiences and told about where they are currently working. The gold medalist students attributed their success to the positive environment of the college. They said that the time spent with the faculty members and the tips given by them were inspiring in life. On this occasion, they also praised the teaching environment, infrastructure and faculty members of the college.
