Katihar, 04 November (HS). Examination centers have been selected in Katihar district for the annual secondary and intermediate examination of 2025 to be conducted by Bihar School Examination Board. This decision was taken in a meeting chaired by District Magistrate Manesh Kumar Meena on Monday.
For Secondary examination, 41332 students will appear in 51 examination centers and for Intermediate examination, 25322 students will appear in 42 examination centers. The examination centers have been selected as per the instructions of Bihar School Examination Committee, in which the examination center of the girl students has been kept in their home subdivision.
36 examination centers have been made in Katihar subdivision, 5 in Manihari and 10 in Barsoi. For intermediate examination, 31 examination centers have been made in Katihar, 4 in Manihari and 7 in Barsoi. The District Officer has given instructions to follow the criteria of Bihar School Examination Committee in the selection of examination centres.
Apart from this, the District Magistrate has given instructions to make strict arrangements for security and cleanliness at the examination centres. Police and administrative officers will be deployed at the examination centres. Special arrangements will be made at the examination centers to prevent any kind of irregularity.
