9 lakh 62 thousand voted in all seven assembly constituencies of Hisar | News India

Hisar, 6 October (HIST). The general elections were held peacefully in all the seven assembly constituencies of the district. Counting of votes will be done on coming October 8 at Mahavir Stadium and Panchayat Bhawan.

District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya said on Sunday that out of 13 lakh 64 thousand 170 voters, 9 lakh 62 thousand 824 voters cast their votes at 1333 polling stations set up in the seven assembly constituencies of the district, which was 70.58 percent. In Adampur assembly constituency, out of 1 lakh 78 thousand 650 voters, 1 lakh 34 thousand 826 voters cast their votes at 180 booths, which was 75.47 percent.

Similarly, in Uklana assembly constituency, out of 2 lakh 15 thousand 906 voters, 1 lakh 43 thousand 452 voters cast their vote at 179 booths, which is 66.44 percent, in Narnaund assembly constituency, out of 2 lakh 14 thousand 830 voters, 1 lakh 63 thousand voters cast their vote at 205 booths. 914 voters cast their vote which was 76.30 percent.

Similarly, in Hansi assembly constituency, out of 2 lakh 3 thousand 214 voters, 1 lakh 41 thousand 226 voters cast their vote which is 69.50 percent, in Barwala assembly constituency, out of 1 lakh 89 thousand 112 voters, 1 lakh 39 thousand voted in 182 booths. 117 voters cast their vote which is 73.56 percent, out of 1 lakh 82 thousand 83 voters cast their vote at 221 booths in Hisar assembly constituency, 1 lakh 11 thousand 872 voters cast their vote which is 61.44 percent and in Nalwa assembly constituency 1 lakh 80 thousand voters cast their vote at 204 booths. Out of 375 voters, 1 lakh 28 thousand 417 voters cast their vote which was 71.19 percent.
