However, the terms of the members of the Pay Commission, Chairman and the new Pay Commission have not been announced yet. But it is believed that this time there is going to be a tremendous increase in the salary of central employees. How will the child be determined? The Pay Commission is formed by the Central Government for a certain period of time, which determines the salary structure of the central employees. This affects not only the basic salary and other allowances, but also the pensioners get the benefit. The Eighth Pay Commission will replace the Seventh Pay Commission, which was implemented in the year 2016. The Central Pay Commission is the main recommendation pay matrix. This is the system that determines salary on the level of service and time. It is believed that this time the Central Pay Commission can increase the fitment factor from 2.57 to 2.86. How much will the child increase? The salary of Level-2 employees can increase from Rs 19,900 to Rs 56,914 and the salary of Level-3 employees can increase from Rs 21,700 to Rs 62,062. Similarly, the salary of Level-6 can increase from Rs 35400 to above Rs 1 lakh. At the same time, the salary of Level-10, which includes IAS and IPS, can increase from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1.6 lakh. The new structure of LRA and other allowances is working in the SCOVA meeting that it was clarified that along with salary, the 8th Pay Commission House Rain Alloun (HRA), Travel Allowance (DA), Travel Allowance (DA) and medical allowance will also result. According to reports, the rate of HRA is likely to be kept higher in metro cities. Whereas travel allowances for employees deployed in rural and semi-urban areas can be calculated in different ways.
