7th Pay Commission: Lottery for central employees, now they will get additional leave of 2 years

7th Pay Commission: Central Government amended the leaves of AIS members, now they can take paid leave for up to 2 years. Under the new rule, these employees will get leave for 2 years to take care of elder children. This holiday will benefit the careers of AIS employees. The government has recognized time travel as important to help care for children. Under the new rule, AIS members are being suggested to have a family companion. The Personnel Department has issued a new notification on July 28.

According to the notification, the All India Services Child Leave Rules 1995 have been amended. Based on consultation with state governments, AIS employees will receive salaries under the Seventh Pay Commission. Its purpose is to provide new benefits to AIS employees.

With the new notification, government employees are being motivated to work with more enthusiasm. As a result of the notification, the government is planning to provide new facilities to AIS members. With this amendment AIS members are being urged to retain families and employees.

7th Pay Commission DA Chart

The DA (Deerence Allowance) chart under the 7th Pay Commission is a summary table that shows the value of allowances and dearness allowance received by government employees.

How much money will you get during the holidays

The member will receive 100% salary for the first 365 days. 80 percent salary will be given for the next 365 days. Salary will continue to be received even on leave. This scheme will allow members to enjoy safe and enjoyable holidays. Employees and their families will benefit more. This scheme will lead to personal and professional improvement.

Only three holidays in the calendar

  • The government does not give more than three days leave, single women get 6 days leave.
  • Child care leave covers only five days of leave.

A separate account for holidays

According to the notification, child leave account will not be linked with other leaves. A special account will be created for the members to avail different holidays. Employees will not receive child care benefits during the probation period. Each account will be set aside for different holidays.

Members will receive separate notification for the new account. Adding leave child care during probation is prohibited. Employees will not get any benefit from this. Independent account members will get special perks for the holidays. The new account will have a unique identity for members.
