75-day ward migration program started in City South Assembly

Varanasi, July 05 (HS). The 75-day ward stay program started in Varanasi city south on Friday. Former state minister and regional MLA Dr. Neelkanth Tiwari officially inaugurated the program by staying in ward Surajkund. A cleanliness campaign was carried out with hundreds of BJP workers in the locality adjacent to the ward's Sanatan Dharma Inter College. Regional citizens also participated in this campaign.

After the campaign, the local citizens felicitated the MLA and took the oath of cleanliness. After the cleanliness campaign, the MLA did public relations in the area and organized a Chaupal. During this, the MLA said that the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming on 17 September, on this occasion a 75-day ward stay program has been started, which will conclude on the 75th birthday of the PM.

The MLA said that he will visit one ward of the Southern Assembly every day during the program. Where he will run a cleanliness campaign with regional workers and public relations and Chaupal will be organized. During this, saplings will be planted every day under the Ek Vriksha Maa Ke Naam campaign. Regional citizens have also been appealed to participate in this program in maximum numbers.

The MLA said that the resolution of Swachh Bharat is a resolution connected to the soul of Prime Minister Modi. This is his soulful feeling, with which every citizen of the country has connected. In the last 10 years, people have become very aware about cleanliness, where earlier there used to be heaps of garbage everywhere, today people throw garbage only in the dustbin. After the cleanliness campaign, the MLA planted a tree under the campaign named Ek Vriksha Maa.

BJP Mandal President Gopal Ji Gupta, Regional Councilor Anantraj Gupta, Councilor Sanjay Keshari, Indresh Singh, Rajiv Singh, Ankur Mehrotra etc. were also present in the campaign.
