7 students from Maharashtra stood first in JEE Mains

Mumbai: National Testing Agency has declared the result of Joint Entrance Examination-Mains on Thursday. Seven students from Maharashtra have scored 100% marks in JEE Mains 2024.

Maharashtra's Neelkrishna Gajre, Dakshesh Mishra, Aryan Prakash, Mohammad Sufiyan, Visharad Srivastava, Pranav Patil and Archit Patil have secured the first position in the All India Rankings. Neelkrishna Gajare is the son of a farmer.

According to the information received from NTA, 56 students from across the country have secured 100 percent marks. Most of these 15 are students from Telangana. So this year the cutoff score of JEE Advanced is 93.23, whereas last year this score was 90.7. National Testing Agency has announced the merit score of JEE Mains 2024 based on the best scores of JEE Mains January and JEE Mains April examination. The exam was conducted in 13 Indian languages ​​including Hindi, English, Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
