A massive fire incident has come to light in a village in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir, where not one or two but 65 houses have been caught in the fire, due to which more than 70 families have lost their homes. His house burned before his eyes and he became homeless.
An incident of fire has come to light in Marwah Wardwan village of Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir. It is being told that the fire first started in a house and spread rapidly due to which about 65 houses came under the grip of this fire and were burnt to ashes. About 70 to 80 families living in these houses have become homeless due to the burning of their houses. The cause of the fire has not been known yet.
Information about the fire was given to the fire department, after which fire department vehicles reached the spot. Along with this, local officials and police have also reached the spot. A fire and emergency services official said more than a dozen personnel have been called in to monitor efforts to control the fire and assist firefighters. A senior district official of Kishtwar said that many families have been rendered homeless by the fire and assistance is being started for the affected.
What did Mehbooba Mufti say?
He has assured all possible help to the affected families. However, it is a matter of relief that this fire has affected only the house. There were no casualties in this incident but there were reports of damage to property. The statement of former CM Mehbooba Mufti has also come out on this incident. Reacting to the incident, he appealed to the government to help the affected families.

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti wrote on Instagram, “70 residential houses were burnt to ashes in a fire in Marwah Wardwan village of Kishtwar. I hope the government will provide immediate assistance to these families.
