The death toll in the bus accident in Pauri district of Uttarakhand has increased to 6. This includes a couple, mother and son, from the same village. The bus was going from Pauri to Delchauri. The accident happened at 3 pm
A major road accident took place on the Pauri-Satyakhal motor road in Pauri district. According to the police and administration, a bus was going from Pauri to Delchauri. Which suddenly went out of control and fell into the ditch between Kyark and Chuldhar at around 3 pm. As soon as the bus fell into the pit, hearing the screams of the passengers, the local villagers rushed to rescue them.

Bhaskar Bahuguna, a resident of Kothar village, said that as soon as the bus met with an accident, local people reached the spot and started rescue operations. People started taking patients to the district hospital in private vehicles. After a long time, 108, police and administration teams arrived. He said that there is a complete lack of arrangements in the district hospital regarding the accident.
5 died on the spot
Pauri DM Dr. Ashish Chauhan said that five people died on the spot in the road accident. 22 injured have been referred to Base Hospital Srinagar and necessary instructions have been given to SDM Srinagar and the hospital administration. Where one injured person died during treatment.
