To do Fujangasana, first lie down facing the ground. Keeping your elbows close to your hips and palms facing up, lift your chest up like a snake. Stay in this position for 30-50 seconds. Repeat this process 3-5 times.
To do Setubhandasana, first of all lie straight on the floor with your knees bent and hold the heels of your feet with both your hands. Bend the body like a bridge. Stay in this position for 1-2 minutes. Repeat this process 3-5 times.
To do Halasana, first lie down straight on the yoga mat and keep your arms near the body and palms on the floor. After this, slowly lift the legs, bring them near the head and slowly try to touch the floor with the toes. Stay in this position for 30 seconds. Then slowly return to the starting position. Repeat this process 3-5 times.
To do Sarvangasana, lie straight, raise your legs and hold your hips with your hands. Stay in this position for 30-50 seconds. After this come back to normal position. Repeat this process 3-5 times.
To do Ustrasana, sit on the floor with your knees bent, hold your feet with your hands and bend your hips back like a camel. After 30-60 seconds in this position, you can slowly return to normal position.
