5 people including Advani will get Bharat Ratna, President Draupadi Murmu will honor

President Draupadi Murmu will honor 5 personalities with Bharat Ratna today. Karpoori Thakur, PV Narasimha Rao to be awarded Bharat Ratna posthumously. MS Swaminathan and Chaudhary Charan Singh will be awarded Bharat Ratna posthumously, while Lal Krishna Advani will be awarded Bharat Ratna on March 31. Bharat Ratna will be given at the residence of President Advani. The Bharat Ratna ceremony will be held at Rashtrapati Bhavan today. During this time, PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah will also be present.

Apart from former Deputy Prime Minister LK Advani, four others will be awarded Bharat Ratna posthumously. Medals and appreciation certificates will be handed over to the award winning families.
