49 huts burnt to ashes in Lal Singi, administration busy in helping

Una, May 7 (Hindus). The sub-division administration is working diligently to help the affected people of the fire incident that took place in Lal Singi of Una sub-division. Arrangements for all other essential services including food and accommodation have been made for the affected families. This information was given by SDM Una Vishwamohan Dev Chauhan.

Let us tell you, on Tuesday around 12 noon, a fire broke out in the slums in the migrant colony in Ward 7 of Lal Singi. As soon as the information was received, the fire brigade took immediate action under the leadership of Fire Officer Nitin Dhiman and brought the fire under control. It is reported that about 49 huts were burnt to ashes in this accident.

However, fortunately no one was harmed in this accident, all the migrants living there were evacuated safely by the fire brigade. According to preliminary reports in the accident, the property loss is estimated at Rs 9.50 lakh.
