Banaskantha: The state's largest zoo is going to be built in Disa in Banaskantha district of North Gujarat. The Forest Department has given in-principle approval to the project of building a zoo and jungle safari in 450 bighas in Disa.
In this regard, State Government Cabinet Minister Mulu Bera said on his social media platform that Gujarat's largest zoo and jungle safari will be built at a cost of Rs 300 crore. Disa Zoological will be included in the Nadabet to Ambaji tourism circuit.
State Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has also written in his ex-post that Gujarat has created its own identity in the field of tourism. This zoo and zoological park will be a new attraction for tourists.
Let us tell you that MLA Praveen Mali had given a presentation to the government regarding the zoo in Disha. Nada Bat Border is being developed along with Ambaji to Jessore Bear Sanctuary in Banaskantha. Zoological park will also be included in this tourism circuit. However, the location of this zoological park has not been decided yet.
