Avoid these things when you have diarrhea
1. Oily flowers taste of
Fried things do not attract anyone, but they are largely responsible for spoiling the health. Since oily and fried foods are not considered good for digestion, never consume such foods when you have diarrhea.
2. Spicy Food
Often we start eating spicy food during weddings or parties, which causes stomach upset, but despite this we are not able to give up the temptation of spicy foods, this can prove to be a big mistake.
3. Sweet dish
In case of diarrhea and vomiting, we should avoid consuming sweet things because when sugar reaches our intestine, it has a bad effect on the sensitive bacteria and the health of the diarrhea patient can get worse.
4. Fiber rich food
: Fiber rich food is considered good for digestion, but it is advised not to eat such things in case of diarrhea. If you have diarrhea, stay away from whole grains, bread, dry fruits, rice and seeds.
