In this incident, the oldest employee among the employees working on the track is Subhash Podar, who lives in Kim and is originally from Bhagalpur, Bihar. Along with him is Manish Kumar Suryadev Mistry, who also lives in Kim and is originally from Patna, Bihar. At the same time, Shubham Jaiswal also lives in Kim and is originally from Chandauli, UP. All three are engaged in maintenance work on the tracks.
