Pakistan-origin Canadian businessman Tahawwur Rana, who is involved in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, may soon be extradited to India. In 2009, almost a year after the 26/11 attacks, Rana was arrested by the FBI in Chicago. He conspired with his associate David Headley to carry out the Mumbai attacks and provided the necessary information and blueprint for the attacks to Pakistan-based terrorists.
