A fight broke out between several people around 3:30 a.m. at a martini bar in Doral, Florida, investigators said.

Miami-Dade Police Detective Alvaro Zabaleta said that when a security guard intervened between them, one of the men pulled out a gun and shot him. Two police officers deployed there for security retaliated in which one gunman was killed. Doral Police Chief Edwin Lopez told reporters that one officer was shot in the thigh in the shooting. Six pedestrians, including four men and two women, were also injured in the firing, officials said.
The condition of two of the injured is serious
According to a report, the injured police officer has been discharged from the hospital. Zabaleta said six hikers were still being treated in hospital, two of them in critical condition. Lopez later said that only two officers and the initial attackers had guns. He said the Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating the shooting, while Miami-Dade police are investigating the two deaths. The killed gunman and security personnel have not been identified yet.
