Moradabad, 23 August (HS). The civil services state level selection trials were organized by the Directorate of Sports, UP Lucknow on Friday at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Sports Stadium, Sonakpur. In which 160 players of selected state employees of the government/secretariat from all the divisions of the state participated.
The Civil Services state level selection/trials was inaugurated by Sarvesh Gupta, Additional Commissioner, Moradabad Division, after introducing the players. Regional Insect Officer Prem Kumar and Divisional Olympic Association Secretary Dr. Ajay Pathak welcomed the players by presenting a bouquet and a memento. During this, Veer Vikram Singh, Deputy Commissioner Cooperative, Surendra Kumar Bharti, Sub-District Magistrate Jaunpur, Mohd. Naseem, District Judge Hardoi and Renu Bauddh, Senior Treasurer, Shilpi Sharma, Noida, Ruchi Agrawal, Judo Instructor, Mohd. Asif Siddiqui welcomed the chief guest by presenting him a bouquet.
On this occasion Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, Finance Controller, SUDA, Lucknow and Praveen Kumar, Chief Treasurer, Gorakhpur, Swatantra Kumar, Finance Controller, Noida, Amit Richariya, Food Officer, Badaun, Sachin Bishnoi, Football Coach, Dheeraj Kumar, Lalita Chauhan, Athletics Coach were present.
Regional Insect Officer Prem Kumar further informed that selection/trials for women's group have been conducted in the Civil Services state level selection/trials. The remaining selection/trials will be conducted in the men's category today.
