BJP Assessment Report: BJP's hopes were dashed in the Lok Sabha elections. The party's performance in big states like Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan has been disappointing. BJP has suffered the biggest setback in Uttar Pradesh. Where BJP, which won 62 seats in 2019, was reduced to just 33 seats this time. After the defeat in Uttar Pradesh, BJP is reviewing it. On the basis of which a report has been prepared. This report shows that BJP's fort in Uttar Pradesh has collapsed due to a total of 12 reasons including paper leak.
Constitutional amendment ruined BJP's chances
According to the report, BJP's votes have fallen in all regions. Its voting share has seen a decline of 8 percent. In which seats have decreased in Vrajbhoomi, Western Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur-Bundelkhand, Awadh, Kashi, Gorakhpur region as compared to 2019. Samajwadi Party has got votes of backward, Dalit and minority community. Bin Yadav OBC and Bin Jatav SC votes remained in the party. The reason behind this has been the statements of amendments made in the Constitution.
A review report prepared by the BJP has given 15 reasons for its defeat. In which the party collected information from 40 teams on 78 Lok Sabha seats. The BJP talked to 500 workers in a meeting. This report has been prepared after talking to a total of 40000 workers. The report will be presented before the meeting of BJP's national office bearers.
