14 maps passed in the Cantonment Board meeting, Damodar Badminton Hall will be handed over to the contractor

Ramgarh, July 03 (HS). After the completion of Lok Sabha elections, after a gap of four months, a meeting of the Cantonment Board was held on Wednesday. In this meeting, 18 agendas were passed under the chairmanship of Brigadier Sanjay Kandpal. The most important thing was that 14 maps were passed, mutation of four houses took place and it was decided to hand over the Damodar Badminton Hall built in the city to the contractor at the rate of Rs 5500 per month. Apart from this, the happiness of installing an X-ray machine from DMFT fund in the Cantonment Hospital premises was also made public.

Instructions to remove illegal shops from vegetable market

In the meeting, the details of income and expenditure from February to May till now, 14 online house maps, 4 applications for house mutation were passed. The tender for X-ray machine in Cantonment Public Hospital was also approved. It was decided to get the assessment of all the houses done for the year 2021 to 24. The proposal to remove illegal shops from the old bus stand campus and shift the vegetable vendors to the new vegetable vending zone of the new bus stand campus was passed.

For this work, action will be taken to remove illegal shops and shift vegetable shops from 6 am to 11 am daily. So that, vegetable shops can be set up in the vending zone. In the board meeting, it was decided to allocate the badminton hall for maintenance and operation along with purchase of medicines in the Cantonment Public Hospital. The proposal for development work PCC path, drain, wall painting etc. was approved. During the meeting, Board Secretary CEO Anant Akash gave information about the proposals.
