Lucknow, September 14 (HS). 13 IAS officers were transferred in Uttar Pradesh late on Friday night. District magistrates of many districts including Lucknow, Agra, Amroha, Hamirpur have been changed.
The round of transfers is continuing in UP. In this sequence, on late Friday night, Bulandshahr's District Magistrate Chandra Prakash Singh has been made the new District Magistrate of Uttar Pradesh's capital Lucknow. Till now Surya Pal Gangwar was performing this responsibility. He has been kept on the waiting list.
Nidhi Gupta has been appointed as the District Magistrate of Amroha. Ghanshyam Meena has been appointed as the District Magistrate of Hamirpur, Dinesh Kumar as the District Magistrate of Jaunpur, Ravindra Mander as the District Magistrate of Prayagraj, Arvind Bhangari as the District Magistrate of Agra and Navneet Chahal as the District Magistrate of Azamgarh.
Agra's District Magistrate Bhanu Chandra Goswami has been made the Relief Commissioner in charge. Ravindra Singh is the District Magistrate of Fatehpur.
