Ocean News: Talking about the situation of two dams of Mahisagar district, due to heavy inflow of water from upstream in Kadana Dam, 1 lakh cusecs of water will be released into Mahisagar river from Kadana Dam at 1 pm. 50359 cusecs of water is coming into Kadana Dam from Paderi Gauge. 17658 cusecs of water is coming into Kadana Dam from Anas River. 1,09676 cusecs of water is being generated from the upstream of Mahi Bajaj Sagar Dam. The total revenue is being 174693 cusecs.
In such a situation, 79600 cusecs of water will be released from the gate of Kadana dam at 1 pm, while 20400 cusecs of water will be released into Mahisagar river through the power house. 128 villages on the banks of Mahisagar river have been alerted. Out of which 110 villages are in Mahisagar district and 18 villages are in Panchmahal district.
Talking about Bhadar Dam, 340 cusecs of water has been released into Bhadar River while Bhadar Dam is also 100 percent filled. The total surface of Bhadar Dam is 123.72 m and the current surface is 123.72 m and the water yield is 340 cusecs. Outflow is 340 cusecs, 1 gate of Bhadar Dam has been opened up to 0.10 metres, 340 cusecs of water is being released into Bhadar river, 9 villages in downstream areas have been alerted.
