Katihar, September 19 (HS). Bharat Scout and Guide NF Railway Katihar District Association organized the Third District Rally at the local Railway Senior Institute. On this occasion, Senior DPO of Katihar Railway Division Arun Kumar Adalkha inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp.
125 students of Scout and Guide participated in the rally, which will be held from September 19 to September 22. During this, a grand program was organized by the Scout and Guide, in which many cultural programs were organized by the children of Kendriya Vidyalaya.
The Scouts and Guides hoisted the tricolour while clapping in their own unique style. The Scouts and Guides had set up many tents in their own unique style in the Senior Institute premises, where everyone will stay for four days, away from their homes and families. This is a part of their training, which is necessary for their all-round development.
In the program, Chief Guest Arun Kumar Adalkhah along with APO Anjani Kumar, ACM Kumar Jitendra Singh, Scout and Guide's Sunil Kumar Mishra, Pavel Samad, Rohit Kumar Prasad, Abhishek Kumar, Mithlesh Kumar, Shiv Kumar Rai, Surendra Kumar Das, Praveen Kumar, Virendra Kumar, Anita Kumari, Nibha Kumari, Annapurna Kumari, Naina Kumari and representatives of many Scouts and Guides were present.
