12 crore customers of HDFC Bank will not get this service for two days.

Between 14th to 15th December 2024 i.e. from 10 pm on 14th December to 12 noon on 15th December 2024 i.e. the facility of offer tab will not be available on net banking for 14 hours. There will be no mutual fund transactions on New Net Banking for 4 hours from 1pm to 5am IST on December 15, 2024.

HDFC Bank has issued an alert for its customers for 14 and 15 December. HDFC Bank has informed that due to maintenance, credit card transactions, net banking services like IMPS, RTGS, NEFT, mobile banking, UPI transactions and Demat transactions may be temporarily suspended during these two days. These services will remain closed on 14 December

According to the HDFC Bank website, credit card transactions will be closed for 30 minutes from 1 pm to 1.30 pm on December 14, 2024. At the same time, the service of net banking and mobile banking application will remain closed for about 3 hours from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Features like account details, deposits, fund transfers (UPI, IMPS, NEFT and RTGS), merchant payments and instant account opening process will also be discontinued. Demat transaction facility will not be available for two hours from 5 am to 7 am.

This facility will not be available in ICICI Bank on 14-15 December

ICICI Bank has recently informed its customers about the upcoming scheduled maintenance through email. RTGS transactions will be temporarily closed during this maintenance period. Maintenance work of ICICI Bank will start at 11:55 PM on 14th December and will continue till 06:00 AM on 15th December 2024. RTGS transactions will be suspended during this period and will be processed after 06:00 am on December 15, 2024. Bank customers can use NEFT, IMPS or UPI on iMobile or Internet Banking as alternatives during this period.
