CBSE Board Exam Datesheet: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday announced that the class 10th and 12th board examinations will begin from February 15. In a notification issued late night, the board said that Class 10 exams will end on March 18, while Class 12 exams will end on April 4, 2025. This is the first time that the datesheet has been released by the board at least 86 days in advance. According to the released schedule, the first exam of CBSE class 10th will be of English. At the same time, the first exam of class 12th will be of entrepreneurship on 15th February.

CBSE controller of examinations Sanyam Bhardwaj said, “Adequate gap has been kept between the two subjects. The datesheet has been prepared keeping in mind at least 40,000 subject combinations to ensure that two subjects chosen by a student do not fall on the same date.”

Students appearing for the board exams can check and download the datesheet from the official website cbse.gov.in. CBSE has claimed that this year around 44 lakh students will appear for class 10th and 12th exams. The examinations of class 10th and 12th will be held in the morning shift. Most of the papers will be from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and some from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

There will be CCTV in all examination halls in CBSE board exams.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on September 27 ordered schools to ensure that all examination halls have CCTV installed. Issuing a notification to all school principals and heads of institutions, it said that Class 10 and 12 board examinations will be conducted only in rooms where CCTV facilities will be available.

It also says that if a school does not have any fixed camera, it will not be considered a part of the examination venue for students. This policy will be implemented in the examinations of 2025. The board has formulated a CCTV policy, under which educational institutions have been asked to install high-resolution cameras where student activities and examination material are easily visible.

Last year, Class 12 board exams were held on February 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14. , 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 22, They were held on 23, 26, 27, 28, 30 April, 1 and 2 March. Whereas, Class 10 exams were held on 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, 28 February, 2, 4, 5, 7, 11 and 13 March.
