Yogi government's bulldozer ran on the bakery of SP leader who raped a minor in Ayodhya

Ayodhya rape case: The Yogi government has shown strictness in the case of rape of a minor girl in Bhadarsa, Ayodhya. After suspending the SHO and the outpost in-charge in the rape case, now the bulldozer has also been run on the illegal bakery of the accused SP leader.

The administration bulldozed the accused's bakery

The administration swung into action after the victim's mother met the Chief Minister on Friday. In the presence of ADM Administration, SDM Sohawal Mamlatdar, Executive Officer Nagar Panchayat Bhadarsa Anju Yadav Shaheed Police Team, a bulldozer was run on the illegal bakery of the main accused of rape, SP leader Moid Khan. Also, the accused had occupied half a hectare of land near the lake to the north of the bakery. The administration also broke its wall. The land on which the bakery is located is said to be of Janaki Prasad.

What is the whole matter?

A case of a 12-year-old girl being pregnant came to light. One day the girl was taken to the doctor after she complained of stomach pain. After examination it was found that the girl was pregnant.

During the investigation of the case, it was found that Bhadarsa Samajwadi Party city president Moid Khan and an employee working in the bakery had gang-raped the girl. Giving information about the incident, the SSP said that the SP leader first raped the girl and then made a video of it and threatened to rape the girl for about two and a half months by showing the same video. The police registered a case under POCSO and sent Moid Khan and Raju Khan to jail.

After complaining about this matter, when no action was taken for 30 hours, questions were raised on the administration and a protest was also held at the Collector's office. The accused was also accused of having good relations with the local police. In this case, SSP Rajkaran Nayyar has suspended police station in-charge Ratan Kumar Sharma and outpost in-charge Akhilesh Gupta.

Then a team of revenue inspectors and lekhpals reached Bhadarsa under the leadership of Sohawal sub-district magistrate Ashok Kumar Saini. There on Saturday, the illegal bakery of gang rape accused Moid Khan was measured and it was demolished with a bulldozer.
