According to reports, Yamuna Authority has decided to give additional compensation to the farmers of Jaganpur-Afzalpur, Dankaur, Fatehpur and Atta villages. This is very good news as farmers are being made a share of the benefits of this development.

The construction of the interchange will start after distribution of compensation to the farmers. Yamuna Authority has already completed the tender process for the construction of the interchange and now the construction is going on at a fast pace. As a result, vehicles will be able to move in and out of the interchange within 18 months.

This interchange construction work will result in a great relief for the passengers of Noida International Airport. This will reduce their travel time and they will be able to reach their destination easily. Interchange will reduce distances and also save fuel.

Traveling on Eastern Peripheral Expressway will now become easier

Till now, people had to get down at the interchange in Sirsa to reach Pari Chowk in Greater Noida from the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and then take the Noida Expressway from there to Delhi.

But now, about 6 km away from Yamuna Expressway zero point, the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and Yamuna Expressway are connecting with each other. This will eliminate the need for passengers to first go to the interchange at Sirsa Toll Plaza to travel on these two expressways.
