Imran Khan has no option left to maintain his political career. Imran Khan knows that if he has to come out of jail and reach the pinnacle of power, then the army is the only way. Therefore, Imran Khan has softened his stance on the army and is now ready to talk to the army.
Imran Khan, who has been in jail for about a year, will be released in a few days. The former Prime Minister of Pakistan can once again come to power. Imran Khan, who proved his mettle on the cricket pitch, can once again return to the political pitch. Imran Khan, who once made statements against the Pakistani army, is now ready to talk to the army.
The whole world knows that only those people are at the pinnacle of power in Pakistan who have the support of the army. It is believed that Imran Khan's power in Pakistan deteriorated only when his relations with the then army chief General Bajwa deteriorated. Imran Khan's problems increased as soon as the government fell.
Niazi's offer to Army Chief Munir
Despite no party getting a majority in the general elections held in Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto's party formed a coalition government. The new government not only put them in jail but also started trying to end their party. In such a situation, Imran Khan has no option left to save his political existence. Imran knows that if he has to come out of jail and reach the pinnacle of power, then the army is the only way. Therefore, Imran Khan has softened his stance on the army and is now ready for talks, although Imran has laid down 3 big conditions for this.
1. Recover PTI's stolen mandate
2. Release of all detained PTI workers
3. Transparent elections should be held in Pakistan
Imran Khan has gone soft on the army
Imran Khan has handed over the responsibility of this conversation to opposition leader Mahmood Khan Achakzai. Earlier also, Imran Khan had sent a message to Army Chief Asim Munir through his sister Alima and party leader Umar Ayub. Both of them said in their statement to the media that the Shahbaz government is trying to pit the army, PTI and the public against each other. This statement was not only against the Shahbaz government, but was also soft towards the army. Imran Khan gave the message through gestures that he is not against the army.
Talking to the media in jail last Tuesday (July 30), Imran Khan said that Pakistan can be saved from the current crisis as the government will come to power through free and fair elections. Imran Khan also claimed that his party has never criticized the army.
PML-N did not like this statement of Imran
Nawaz's party leader Maryam Aurangzeb has objected to Imran Khan's statement. She has said that those who called themselves self-proclaimed revolutionaries and claimed never to apologize are now trying to negotiate with the army. Another PML-N leader and Pakistan government minister Atta Tarar has also protested against this statement of Imran Khan. Tarar has called it a conspiracy against the country.
The tone of PPP is different from that of Nawaz's party
But Bilawal Bhutto's party, which is part of the Pakistan government, has a different opinion about Imran Khan. Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader Bilawal Bhutto also said a few days ago that if Imran Khan and his party want to talk, then he is ready for it.
PML-N failed to manage the financial crisis in the country
Apart from this, his father and President Asif Ali Zardari has been attacking the Shahbaz government for the last few days. He blamed the Shahbaz government for Pakistan's economic crisis and said that the PML-N has failed to manage the financial crisis in the country. Not only this, Zardari said in an interview that we know how governments are formed and how they fall. His frequent statements led to speculation that things are not going well between Shahbaz Sharif's PMLN and Bhutto's PPP. In such a situation, Imran Khan calling the army for talks could be a sign of change of power in Pakistan.
