Who is Khalistani terrorist Nijjar? For which Canada’s PM Trudeau is ready to spoil relations with India

Relations between India and Canada have become quite sour because of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who has now openly come out in defense of Khalistani terrorists.

Khalistan terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar was recently murdered in Canada and for this murder, Trudeau has put India under suspicion and ordered an Indian diplomat to leave the country.

This attitude of Trudeau is displeasing not only the people of India but also the people of Canada. Due to this incident, terrorist Nijjar has come into limelight overnight. Hardeep Singh Nijjar was a resident of Jalandhar district of Punjab. According to Canadian media reports, he reached Canada as a refugee in 1997 with the help of a fake passport. However, when the government rejected his application, he married a Canadian woman within 11 days. The intention behind which was to acquire Canadian citizenship.

He was promoting Khalistani terrorism in Canada since the 90s. He was assassinated in Canada in June 2023. Two assailants shot him in the temple parking lot. After that till now no one has been arrested in this incident.

Nijjar was accused of plotting the murder of a Hindu priest in Punjab in 2022. He was an accused in the incident of shooting at Rashtriya Sikh Sangat President Rulda Sihan in August 2009.

In 2007, 6 people were killed in a blast in a theater in Ludhiana. In which Nijjar’s name was also included. He had provided Rs 10 lakh to the accused involved in the murder of former Punjab CM Beant Singh. Interpol had issued a notice against him. Hardeep Singh Nijjar was also associated with the terrorist organization Sikh for Justice.

When Trudeau came to India in 2018, Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh met him. Nijjar’s name was also in the list of terrorists given to Trudeau by the Captain.

Hardeep Singh Nijjar was the chief of Khalistan Tiger Force. Which was established in 2014. When the movement against agricultural laws was going on in India, terrorists of Khalistani organization Sikh for Justice had demonstrated in front of Indian embassies in foreign countries. The motive behind which was to instigate people against India. For this, Nijjar’s name was also included in the police complaint made by NIA.
