This cannot be achieved through privatization and financial incentives. We need to spend a lot of money on education and strengthening government institutions.

What is the difference between BJP and Congress?

Rahul also posted a video of his interaction with students on X. Students asked Rahul what is the difference between the way Congress and BJP work? To this, Rahul said, Congress generally believes that distribution of resources should be more equitable and development should be comprehensive and inclusive.

Rahul said that BJP is aggressive only on development, but from economic point of view it believes in ‘triple down’. We will also have to work on the social front, the less people fight, the better it will be for the country.

Problems in education system

Rahul said, ‘Even on the front of international relations, the way Congress had relations with other countries, there may be some differences under the BJP rule. There are serious problems with the way the country’s education system is set up. Our education system does not allow children’s thinking to flourish.

Let the kids do what they want

The Congress MP further said, ‘During the Bharat Jodo Yatra from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, I spoke to thousands of children and asked them what they wanted to become.’ Students told me, we want to become lawyers, doctors, engineers or soldiers.

On this, Rahul said that it cannot be that there are only five jobs in the country, but our education system is emphasizing on this. He said that the education system should allow children to do what they want to do and let them experience many things.
