Actually, Simran had gone to Lalbaugcha with her mother on Thursday. As soon as Simran's turn came, her mother standing behind her took a photo. Seeing this, a staff member suddenly snatched her mother's phone. When Simran's mother tried to take her phone back, she was pushed aside. Seeing this, Simran intervened but then the bouncers misbehaved with her. Simran further said that when she started recording the incident, the staff also tried to snatch her phone.
In a video posted online, Simran can be heard shouting, “Don't do this, what are you doing?” as the incident worsened due to the unacceptable behaviour of the staff.

While they were taking pictures a guy from the institute took my mother's phone (she was behind me in the queue, it wasn't like they were taking any extra time because it was my turn for darshan) and when she tried to take it back, she said she was pushed. I intervened and when I started recording their behaviour the bouncers misbehaved with me too, even tried to snatch my phone.
Seaman expressed disappointment
The actress expressed disappointment over the whole experience and stressed that pilgrims visit such places with good intentions to seek positivity and blessings and do not expect to be mistreated. She admitted that it can be difficult to manage large crowds during such festivals, but she does not condone aggressive attitudes towards devotees.
Simran shared her story to address the humiliation she and her mother suffered, and to urge event organisers to ensure that staff members treat guests with kindness and respect.
