‘Trudeau made allegations…’, America responded amid India-Canada dispute

Tension is at its peak between India and Canada over the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh. Canada on Monday expelled a top Indian diplomat who accused India of being involved in the killing of a Khalistani terrorist. After this, India has also ordered Canada’s top diplomat to leave the country within 5 days. America has now expressed concern over the ongoing tension between India and Canada over the killing of Khalistani terrorist.

America worried by Canada’s allegations

The US has said it is ‘deeply concerned’ by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s allegations against India over the killing of a ‘Sikh activist’ in Surrey, Canada.

According to the report, White House National Security Council spokeswoman Adrienne Watson said, ‘We are extremely concerned by the allegations made by Prime Minister Trudeau. We are in regular contact with our Canadian colleagues. Canada must investigate and bring the perpetrators to justice.

Indian agent involved in Nijjar’s murder: Trudeau

Let us tell you that earlier, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had accused the Indian government that Indian agents were involved in the murder of Khalistan supporter Hardeep Singh Nijjar. The Canadian government expelled Indian diplomat Pawan Kumar Rai amid the investigation into Nijjar’s murder. On June 18 this year, Nijjar was shot dead by bike-borne assailants in front of a Gurudwara in Britain.

Role of foreign government in murder of Canadian citizen unacceptable: Trudeau

PM Trudeau said in the House of Commons of the Canadian Parliament that after the murder of Nijjar, our investigative agency is actively investigating the role of Indian agents. The role of a foreign government in the murder of a Canadian citizen is unacceptable and a violation of our sovereignty. India completely rejected this statement of Trudeau in the Parliament. In the statement issued by the Foreign Ministry, PM Trudeau’s statement has been described as absurd and misleading.

India retaliated after Canada’s attack

Bitterness is increasing between Canada and India. After Canada’s attack, India has now retaliated. The Indian government has taken major action against a senior Canadian diplomat. Actually, India had summoned the High Commissioner of Canada. India subsequently expelled a senior Canadian diplomat and informed the Canadian High Commissioner about the decision. It is being told that the concerned diplomat has been asked to leave India within the next 5 days.
