Joseph Dikech is no ordinary man
Yusuf Dikech was born in the year 1973 in Tasoluk village of Goksun district of Kahramanmaras province of Turkey. Yusuf Dikech is a retired non-commissioned officer of the Turkish Gendarmerie. Yusuf Dikech started shooting in 2001. Yusuf Dikech is shooting simultaneously for the Turkish national team and military team. Yusuf Dikech completed his primary education in Tasoluk village. The Turkish shooter earned a bachelor's degree in physical education and sports from Gazi University in Ankara.
Trained at Sainik School
Yusuf Dikech joined the Military School of Gendarmerie in Ankara in 1994, where he graduated with the rank of sergeant in 2000. Yusuf Dikech served in Istanbul for a year and then transferred to the Sports Club of the Turkish Gendarmerie. After spending some time in the army, Yusuf Dikech started trying his hand at shooting in 2001 and since then he has been participating in national games for the military national team. Yusuf Dikech has 4 other European Championship titles, one ISSF World Cup title and one CISF World Championship gold medal.
