300 g mutton, 5 tsp ghee, whole spices (black pepper, bay leaf, whole black cardamom, green cardamom, star anise and cinnamon stick), 2 medium sized chopped onions, 2 tsp walnut paste, 4 tsp curd, 1 cup milk, as needed cream, 1 tsp coriander powder, mint and coriander leaves, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, salt to taste
– Heat ghee in a pan. Add whole spices and fry it.
Now add onion, green chili, salt, ginger-garlic paste. Fry this paste well.
Now add mutton in it. Stir continuously till the color of the mutton changes, then add coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala, mint and coriander leaves.
Now mix curd, walnut paste, milk and water in a bowl. Mix it until it mixes together.
Pour the mixed mixture on the mutton. Now put the lid on. Cook the mutton well, till it gets cooked. Garnish with cream and coriander leaves on top.
