The company said that this campaign is especially to appreciate the contribution of those pilots who provide their services in quick-commerce and food delivery during busy times like Diwali. Under this 'Zip Diwali Bonanza' campaign, the five longest serving Zip pilots will be given a share of Rs 15 lakh in the form of Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Zip Electric has also launched a rental scheme, whereby Zip Pilots can purchase their own electric scooter at no additional cost. This scheme incentivizes pilots who have been associated with the company for a long time and provides them the opportunity to purchase their own vehicle.
