Talking about the weather of the past day, heat wave prevailed in the southern Uttar Pradesh region. The maximum temperature in states like Haryana, Delhi, southern Uttar Pradesh, south-eastern Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, south-western Bihar was between 43-46 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh was recorded at 45.8 degrees Celsius.
