A shocking case has come to light in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. Here a person was declared dead after post-mortem. His body was kept in deep freeze for four hours, but when the body was handed over for cremation, the dead man was found gasping, following which there was an uproar. Three doctors who were negligent in this case have been suspended.

On Thursday morning, in an unconscious state, he was brought to the emergency department of Government BDK Hospital for treatment, where doctors declared Rohitesh dead. After which the body was kept in the mortuary of BDK Hospital.
Post mortem of the dead body was done
After about two hours, post-mortem of the body was done and handed over to the institute for cremation, but while being taken for cremation, the deceased Rohitesh came alive. Rohitesh was immediately brought to the hospital. Where he has been shifted to ICU.
Tehsildar and police station incharge investigated the matter
On receiving information about this heart-wrenching incident, the government sent the Tehsildar and an officer of Bagad police station to the hospital for investigation. The CCTV cameras installed in the hospital were overturned. District Collector Ramvatar Meena termed it as gross negligence and sent the complete report to the Health Department, where late in the night the government took action against the guilty doctors.
Three doctors suspended, departmental inquiry started
Following the District Magistrate’s report, action has been taken against three doctors. Chief Medical Officer of BDK Hospital, Dr. Sandeep Pachar, Dr. Yogesh Jakhar and Dr. Navneet Mill has been suspended. The Joint Secretary of the Health Department has issued orders in this regard. During the suspension period, Dr. Sandeep Pachar’s headquarters, CMHO office, Jaisalmer, Dr. As punishment, Yogesh Jakhar’s headquarters will be CMHO office Barmer, while Dr. The headquarters of Navneet Mill will be in CMHO office, Jalore. A departmental inquiry has been initiated against three doctors including the PMO of BDK Hospital.
