Student dies during molestation in UP, three arrested

Ambedkarnagar: In Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, three youths pulled the dupatta of a girl student and beat her. Due to which this student died. After the incident, the young man tried to escape from the police custody by snatching the gun, but the police shot and stopped the young man. And finally all three youths were caught.

Police shot in the leg of youth trying to escape, SHO suspended

Accused Shahbaz and Faisal were shot in the leg, while the third youth fell while running and sustained a fracture in his leg. In Ambedkar Nagar area of ​​Uttar Pradesh, a Class 11 student was riding a scooter when these three youths followed her on a bike, later molested the student and pulled her dupatta. Due to which the student fell down and the other vehicle overturned due to which she died on the spot. The police caught the three youths, during which they tried to escape. The police shot two youths in the legs and arrested them. These three youths were also injured in the incident. The deceased student was a biology student and wanted to become a doctor.

His father Sabhajit Verma said that I had made a verbal complaint about these youth to the police even before the incident. But no action was taken and ultimately my daughter lost her life. At present, a case has also been registered in this matter under POCSO. SHO Ramesh Pandey of Haswar police station has been suspended for not paying proper attention to the entire matter and being negligent.
