It is alleged that everyone has violated the rules and this has given rise to the gray market of mobiles. The allegation is also that these companies have started giving huge discounts in collaboration with e-commerce platforms. This has adversely affected the Indian mobile market.

Emra alleged that many banks are also involved in this and the same is being done by them. With its help, customers are getting smartphones at cheap prices. Therefore it has been asked to close it immediately. At present no action has been taken on this.
