India has won the Women's Asia Cup twice out of the nine seasons played so far. While the Indian women's team has become the winner seven times. The Sri Lankan team has created history in the ninth season. Meanwhile, the Pakistani team has not won a single Asian Cup so far.

Won the match by losing two wickets in 8.4 overs

After winning the toss and batting first, the Indian team set a target of 166 runs. Meanwhile, the Sri Lankan team won the Asian Cup at the loss of two wickets in 18.4 overs. Harshita Samarawickrama scored the highest score of 69 runs for the team. Captain Chameera Atapattu scored 61 runs while Kavisha Dilhari scored 30 runs.

Mandhana scored a half century

On the other hand, the Indian team scored 165 runs for the loss of six wickets. Smriti Mandhana, who came to open the match, scored 60 runs in 47 balls.
