A shocking video circulating on social media has exposed a disturbing incident in which an angry moneylender forcibly stripped a garlic trader naked over a dispute of ₹3,000 at a fruit market in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida.
The incident captured in the video reportedly took place in Phase 2 market in Noida.
According to reports, when the victim failed to give the remaining payment, some people in the market resorted to violence, stripped him naked and paraded him in public. The city magistrate canceled the license of the attacker soon after the video went viral on social media. It was done and FIR has been registered in Phase 2 Police Station.
Complainant Amit told the police that he drives a garlic cart. He had borrowed ₹5,600 from Sundar a month ago and returned ₹2,500 to him on Tuesday. He had requested to pay the remaining amount later.

The video has sparked outrage, and the alleged culprit is currently evading arrest. There is a possibility of an apprehension soon.
Regarding this matter, City Magistrate Dharmendra Kumar said that Saraswati Trading Company operates in Phase 2. Sundar is associated with this company and has been running his shop in Phase 2 for a long time. As soon as information about the incident was received, his license was immediately cancelled.
