Mumbai : Shiv Sena’s big statement has come out on Thursday regarding the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. The party has decided to contest the elections alone in UP due to ideological differences with the Samajwadi Party (SP). Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut on Thursday made it clear that he wants to see change in Uttar Pradesh but Samajwadi Party cannot forge an alliance due to ideological differences. Shiv Sena will not be part of an alliance with any party in Uttar Pradesh.
Raut said on Thursday, I will meet Rakesh Tikait in western UP. I have seen Rakesh Tikait weeping in the Kisan Andolan and laughing after winning. I will meet him and talk to him about what he wants. If we contest elections in UP, we will talk. We need the blessings of farmers. In this connection, Sanjay Raut is visiting western Uttar Pradesh.
Actually Sanjay Raut will be on a tour of western Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. Earlier, Sanjay Raut had said on Wednesday that Shiv Sena would contest the assembly elections on 50 to 100 seats in Uttar Pradesh. Not only this, MP Sanjay Raut had claimed in his statement after the resignation of former minister Swami Prasad Maurya and some other BJP MLAs in the Yogi government in UP that this is just the beginning and many more changes are going to happen in the politics of Uttar Pradesh. Huh. This marks the beginning of several ministers and BJP MLAs leaving the party in the state.
However, after Sanjay Raut’s statement, another BJP MLA resigned from the party in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. On Thursday, Sanjay Raut tweeted that BJP MLA from Shikohabad Mukesh Verma has also left the party. At the same time, after Swami Prasad Maurya, on Wednesday, another minister of the Yogi government, Dara Singh Chauhan, also resigned from the BJP.
Earlier, while talking to the media on Wednesday, Sanjay Raut had said that the BJP needs to be careful. Right now the speed of the waves is slow but the BJP’s ship can be shaken by the strong waves. BJP is also spreading rumors of opinion polls, it is not right to rely on it. Change will definitely be seen in Goa and Uttar Pradesh. He had said that Shiv Sena’s fight is with BJP’s note, Shiv Sena is a common man’s party and we want to tell people not to get greedy for money. However, Sanjay Raut has praised Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He has said that he is such a powerful leader that if he contests from anywhere, he will win. He said that Yogi Adityanath is a big leader and we respect him.
