School Summer Vacation Holidays in India: In many states across the country, heat has started troubling the common people. In view of the heat and heat, summer holidays have been announced in all private and government schools of Puducherry. According to the School Education Department, all government and private schools in Puducherry will remain closed from April 29 to June 5. All schools will reopen from June 6. Due to summer many schools have changed their time table. Summer vacations will also start in most of the schools of UP on May 13.

The winter holidays of schools will start from 1 January 2025 and end on 15 January 2025.
UP school timings changed
Summer vacations will start in most of the schools of UP from 13th and 15th May. Due to the heat, many schools have also changed the school time table. From April 29, timings of all government and private schools of UP have been changed from 7:30 am to 1 pm. Timings of madrassas have also been changed. Now these will open from 7:00 am to 12:30 noon.
School timings changed in Bihar
Due to summer, school timings have been changed in most cities of Bihar. It will be from 8 am to 10 am in government and private schools. After that food will be served. Private schools will operate only till 11 o'clock.
There will be holiday in AMU also
Summer vacation has also been announced in Aligarh Muslim University. There will be summer vacations in AMU and its affiliated institutions Malappuram, Murshidabad and Kishanganj Center from June 16 to July 30. There will be holidays in AMU affiliated schools from June 16 to July 15.
