To make roti kofta, first heat the remaining bread on the pan and make it hard. Now put it in the mixer and grind it. Take it out in a bowl and add mashed potatoes. Now add turmeric, red chili, amla powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, green chili and onion to it. Make a round shape of kofta by adding gram flour to it. Fry it. Take a pan and add cumin seeds to it. After cumin seeds add whole red chilies. Mix bay leaves and garlic. Add onion and fry. After frying the onion, add spices to it. Then add tomatoes and fry.
